Flying in to Las Vegas

When to arrive?

We advise everyone to arrive in Las Vegas before 4 pm on Monday, February 24, 2025. This will allow you to check-in at the hotel, drop off your luggage, and head to our Kickoff Party @ Brooklyn Bowl - sponsored by Riveron (starts 4pm).

For our VIP & ACE ticket holders, we will have buses available to take you to The Sphere show (starts 7pm) from the Kickoff Party.

Flying out from Las Vegas

When should I book my flight back?

Our sessions end by 2 pm on Wednesday, February 27, 2025. We recommend booking a flight in the afternoon/night time

How do I catch my flight back on time?

We will have buses taking you to the airport. Let them know what terminal your flight is and they will drop you off.

Can I bring my luggage to the stadium?

Yes, we will have a luggage check available for you at the Registration area.

Park your vehicle at Lot C and Lot D
