When to arrive?

We recommend you arrive on Monday, February 12, 2024 to fully take advantage of the full day conference on the 13th.

What hotel should I book?

Feel free to choose any hotel near Globe Life Stadium. However, please note that we will only have buses picking up attendees at Sheraton, Courtyard, Hyatt & Crowne Plaza

When should I book my flight back?

Our sessions end by 2 pm on Wednesday, February 14, 2024. We recommend booking a flight in the afternoon/night time.

How do I catch my flight back on time?

We will have buses taking you to the airport. Let them know what terminal your flight is and they will drop you off.

Can I bring my luggage to the stadium?

Yes, we will have a luggage check available for you at the Registration area.

Yes, guests can park at Lot B.

Should I book a hotel near the stadium?

Radiance is an event-filled event, so we recommend you choose a hotel near Globe Life Stadium. Please note that we will only have buses picking up attendees at Sheraton & Courtyard. If you decide to commute, feel free to utilize that parking for both event days.

Also, we will have alcohol available at Radiance. If you are commuting back, we recommend you park at the stadium and rideshare back to your home instead of driving back.
