Frequently Asked Questions

We have two Hotels reserved at discounted rates for Radiance attendees.
  1. Bellagio Resort & Casino
  2. Park MGM Las Vegas

Once you register for the conference, you will receive a confirmation email (Subject line: Reservation Confirmed for Radiance Vegas) with a link to reserve your hotel room at your email address. Alternatively, you can log in through this link by providing your confirmation number and reserve your hotel room.

If you have purchased the VIP or ACE ticket, you will receive a complimentary two night stay on the 24th and 25th of February included in the package.

Yes, if you have purchased the general ACT NOW ticket, you can still book your hotel through the link provided in your confirmation email. You will be charged a discounted rate for the same.

You can email radiance.info@highradius.com mentioning that you haven’t received the confirmation email. We will respond within 24 - 48 hours.

Yes, you can still go ahead and reserve your hotel room through the link provided in your confirmation email. We will hold your room till January 15, 2025, which is the last day to make the payment for your Radiance ticket.

For any direct inquiries with the hotel, email bellagiogroupconv5@mgmresorts.com and radiance.info@highradius.com or call phone #702-692-6600 to make sure that both the hotel and our Radiance team can accommodate your needs. Make sure to mention that the inquiry is for Radiance 2025. Please communicate through email or the phone number above because the hotel has directly provided a team that can exclusively answer any requests you have pertaining to your booking and the Radiance conference.

Yes, your spouse can join you at the party. Please register them via this link.

Yes, you have the option to modify your registration. Transfer your registration to a colleague or friend in case of a last-minute availability conflict.

You can attend Ash Wednesday service in any one of the following churches around the venue
  • Atlanta First United Methodist Church- 0.9 miles from the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center
  • Basilica of the Sacred heart of Jesus- 0.9 miles from the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center
  • Ponce Presbyterian Church- 1.8 miles from the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center
  • Lutheran Church of the Redeemer- 1.7 miles from the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center
